Amanda Clements, Vice President of Communications and Marketing

Amanda Clements leads communications and marketing, overseeing media relations, digital and social media strategy, brand management, and creative services. She joined the College in 2021 as Director of Communications and was appointed Vice President in 2025.

With more than 25 years of experience in public relations and marketing, Amanda has led high-impact campaigns across higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She played a key role in the College’s transition from Tallahassee Community College to Tallahassee State College, shaping the institution’s brand identity and public positioning during a pivotal moment of growth.

A graduate of Florida State University, she also holds a master’s degree in public relations from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is actively engaged in the Tallahassee community and serves as an adjunct professor, teaching Introduction to Mass Media.

Mindy Gentry-Stranburg, Director of Marketing

A native South Floridian, Mindy Gentry-Stranburg is a Marketing and Advertising professional with 20 years of award-winning experience. She joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2025, where she leads outbound marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment, oversees all graphic design supporting every division of the college, and ensures the TSC brand remains consistent across all communication channels. Throughout her career, Mindy has built a diverse portfolio spanning multiple business verticals, including Healthcare, Finance, Video Games, Technology, and Telecommunications.

Beyond her professional work, Mindy is passionate about giving back. In her spare time, she mentors young entrepreneurs in every facet of their business, believing in the importance of sharing her expertise to help others succeed. She is committed to fostering equal opportunity and providing access to the knowledge and tools that empower others to effectively run their own businesses.

Caitlin Bradbury, Digital Marketing Manager

Caitlin Bradbury, a Tallahassee native, is a graduate of both TSC and Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing. She began working part-time at TSC in 2018 and joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2021.

In her current role, Caitlin manages the College’s website and leads digital marketing campaigns that support recruitment, engagement, and brand visibility. She also played a key role in the College’s transition from Tallahassee Community College to Tallahassee State College, serving as lead copywriter for the rebrand video and campaign that earned a Gold Award in the Association of Florida Colleges Communications and Marketing Commission’s 2024 Awards of Excellence.

Caitlin is a graduate of the President’s Leadership Institute (Class 5) and a recipient of the NISOD Excellence Award (2025) and a TSC Eagle Award (2023). She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Popular Fiction Writing and Publishing at Emerson College.

An animal lover at heart, Caitlin fosters pets and cares for a menagerie of her own, from dogs to reptiles.

Ali Enriquez, Video Production Manager

Originally from South Florida, Ali Enriquez fulfilled a longtime dream by earning her bachelor’s degree in digital media production from Florida State University in 2020. She joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2023, where she leads video storytelling efforts, produces content for social media and digital platforms, and supports multimedia projects that showcase the College’s people, programs, and impact.

Ali holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in strategic communications from Arkansas State University. She is a recipient of the NISOD Excellence Award (2026) and the College’s Eagle Award (2024). She played a lead role in producing the video campaign that formally announced the College’s transition from Tallahassee Community College to Tallahassee State College, which earned a Gold Award in the Association of Florida Colleges Communications and Marketing Commission’s 2024 Awards of Excellence.

She is also the reigning champion of the department’s annual Great Bake-Off, proof that her creative talents extend well beyond the editing suite. Outside of work, Ali is a proud dog mom of two, an avid concertgoer, and is always planning her next travel adventure.

Mackenzie Foster, Strategic Communications Specialist

Mackenzie Foster earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. A native of Dothan, Alabama, she began her career as a television news reporter, where she developed strong storytelling, communication, and media production skills while covering stories that mattered to local communities.

She later transitioned into higher education communications, where she combines her passion for storytelling with a strategic approach to highlight the people, programs, and opportunities that make a meaningful impact on students and the broader community.

Mackenzie is an avid reader who firmly believes there's no such thing as too many books. When she's not reading romance novels, she's watching reality TV shows, playing Animal Crossing, and cuddling with her fur baby, Mallie.

Alysha Gutierrez-Tapia, Graphic Designer

A Tallahassee native and graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, Alysha joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2025. In her role, she develops a wide range of visual assets, from print collateral to digital campaigns, supporting initiatives across the College while ensuring consistency with the institution’s brand and visual identity.

Known for her thoughtful approach to design and attention to detail, Alysha brings ideas to life in ways that are both visually compelling and strategically aligned with institutional goals.

In addition to her passion for design, she enjoys exploring other creative outlets, including photography, creative direction, and crafts. She loves discovering new places and experiences and is a proud cat mom of two.

Natalie Lusk, Graphic Designer

Natalie Lusk is an artist and designer passionate about projects that uplift education-focused and not-for-profit initiatives. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Florida State University in 2025, where engaging with the flexible, research-focused curriculum allowed her to explore interests in sculpture, philosophy, electronic media, and design.

Natalie was born and raised along the Georgia-Tennessee state line until she moved to Jacksonville, Florida before completing high school. She is the proud daughter of two educators and, in her free time, enjoys interior decorating, fashion, exploring Tallahassee, reading The Atlantic, and, most of all, spending time with her partner.

RJ Jackson, Video Producer

Hailing from Panama City, RJ graduated from Florida State University with a degree in professional communications. He joined the communications and marketing department in April of 2026. In his role, he focuses on strengthening brand identity through beautiful, intentional pieces.

Coming from the world of freelance RJ is excited to be in the world of college communications. Here, he gets the chance to make timeless pieces that will help move the brand forward in the community.

When he is not creating videos, you can find him in the gym or grilling something unique on the patio with his 3 dogs. 

Venise Toussaint, Strategic Communications Specialist

Venise Toussaint is an award-winning communications professional with more than 15 years of experience. She earned a dual bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism & psychology from Syracuse University and a master's degree in mass communications from Kent State University. 

An expert storyteller, Venise is skilled in strategic communications, media relations, writing, editorial direction, and reporting. Venise has worked in television newsrooms across the country as an anchor and reporter, in nonprofit communications as a senior leader, and in higher education as a journalism professor and news director. She joined Tallahassee State College as a Strategic Communications Specialist in 2026.

Hailey Hausfeld, Video and Digital Media Assistant

Hailey is a senior in Florida State University’s Digital Media Production program. Originally from South Florida, she has been creating high-quality digital media content for over four years, with experience in photography and video focused on storytelling, composition, and clean, engaging visuals. She has been part of the Communications and Marketing team since April 2026.

She works across digital platforms to support creative projects, combining technical production skills with a strong eye for detail and design. Hailey is passionate about capturing authentic moments and producing content that feels intentional, creative, and visually cohesive.

Carmen Diaz, Communications and Marketing Intern

Carmen, a Tallahassee native and recent graduate of Tallahassee Collegiate Academy and Tallahassee State College. In her role, Carmen assists with updating the College’s website as well as compiling data to measure our digital marketing campaigns progress. She also works as a Student Content Creator, developing videos for the College’s multiple online platforms.

Before joining the Communications and Marketing team in June 2026, Carmen served as the Lead Editor of the 45th Edition of The Eyrie, the College's Literary and Art Magazine. Carmen plans to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design in the fall, where she will earn her B.F.A in Advertisement and Branding.
